March Madness

Every year, we do picks with our friends for March Madness. Even though we are all far apart this year, we still did it.

Last year, Ditto won. He broke the tradition of a girl winning it every year. Well...this year...
the girls are back!!

Lasertron

Another weekend, we went to Lasertron and played laser tag with our friends Courtney and Andrew. It was a lot of fun.

We played with some super nerds that used to be in the military or something and took it totally serious. We were in two teams. Courtney and I were on a team with one of the psycho military guys and a bunch of little kids. Andrew and Spencer were on the opposite team with two of the other military guys and some other adults.

The military guys on both teams took the game like it was a life or death situation. They were yelling at us and telling us what the "strategy" of the team was. As the game was going they were yelling at everyone and angry about the performance of the team. And I was thinking "Who yells like this at girls and children?! Especially when we are strangers?!" It was crazy. But we all laughed about it really hard.

Afterwards, we ate at Uno Pizzeria and had Chicago style pizza and laughed about the crazy military guys that we played with.

Last Lacrosse Game of the Season

We went to the last lacrosse game of the regular season with our friends Courtney and Andrew. They had never been to a lacrosse game before and we decided that they needed to experience it.

The Buffalo Bandits played Boston. It was a really close game.

The game was tied at the end. So it went to sudden death overtime. The Bandits lost in OT. It was disappointing. However, the game was still a blast! And this game was almost completely sold out! The energy and enthusiasm was awesome!

After the game we went to Fuji Grill. This is a restaurant kind of like Benihana. Our friends had never eaten at a Japanese grill like that, so it was fun to see them do the tricks and throw food in our mouths.

Dog Hockey

I got Spencer some street hockey stuff for Christmas. We like to play it inside against the dogs. It's more like keep away. Brady is really good at it. He's so good that it makes it nearly impossible for us. Mia doesn't really understand, but she likes to smile, wag her tail, and get in the way.

Together Again

Brady was boarded for a little while when Mia was in heat. This is when they were reunited.





He gave her a lot of kisses.

And they snuggled.

I thought that it was cute.

As most of you know, Brianna and I have a goal to see a game in each Major League Baseball stadium. This past weekend we went on a quick road trip. We went to three games in three days. We went to Detroit, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh.

2008- Chicago & Cleveland (moving across the country to Buffalo)

2009- Detroit, Cincinnati, & Pittsburgh (Easter weekend road trip)

My New Nephew!

In the wee hours of the morning, my new nephew was born.

This is Milo Fisher. He is the son of Jenny and John. You can look at their blog to see more pictures and up-dates later.

We are so sad that we don't get to be there for this special day. But congratulations Jenny and John and kids. We are excited to meet him this summer!
